1.) response to HONEYQ ‘s question:
Ganito yan. Ang SAFE PERIOD ng babae ay binibilang base sa NORMAL/Regular na cycle ng regla kadalasang nasa 28-32 days ang pagitan ng bawat buwanang dalaw. Kung hindi regular ang regla, hindi magiging eksakto at sigurado ang pag-determine ng SAFE PERIOD.
Kung regular ang regla, PITONG ARAW pagkatapos ng pagreregla ang SAFE PERIOD. Kaka-tanggal pa lang kasi ng katawan ng babae dun sa egg cell at temporary inunan nito na hindi naman na-fertilize n mabuong bata at placenta (inunan). Yun yung mga dugo na lumabas sa regla.
Panu naman aalamin ang iyong FERTILE PERIOD:
Ganito yan: Mula sa UNANG ARAW ng regla ng babae ay bibilang ka ng 14 DAYS:
Halimbawa: SEPT. 3 + 14days (simulan ang bilang s sept.3)= SEPT.16 — etoh ang OVULATION ng babae. isang araw BAGO, at isang araw PAGKATAPOS ng petsa na ito ang pinaka-FERTILE na araw ng babae na halos 100% chansa na mabuntis so iwasan ang sex mula SEPT. 15, 16, at 17.
Ang mga natitirang araw naman sa kalendaryo ng cycle ng pagreregala: HULING ARAW ng regala hanggang sept.14, at SEPT 18 hanggang sa unang araw ng susunod na regla ay ang mga ALANGANING ARAW. Mababa ang chansa ng babae na mabuntis pero hindi garantisadong walang chansa ng pagbubuntis.
Dagdag pa, 7 days bago ang unang araw ng inaasahang kasunod na petsa ng pagreregla, mababa pa rin ang chansa ng babae na mabuntis dahil sa makapal masyado ang kanyang sinapupunan bilang paghahanda sa pag “slough off” (pag-agas) ng hindi pa rin nefefertilize na egg cell sa loob nito (ito ang dugo na lumalabas kapag nireregla). PERO KGYA NG UNANG PAGLILINAW KO, HINDI GARANTISADO ANG HINDI PAGBUBUNTIS SA MGA PANAHONG ITO.
Mahirap talaga tantyahin ang petsa ng fertility ng babae. Lahat nakabase sa regular na petsa ng regla, at tamang-tama na pagbibilang sa kalendaryo.
Sana nakatulong sa iyo etoh HONEY QUE… pasensya na dhil tagalog na tagalog. Mas mahirap kasi maintindihan yan pag english o kaya medical terms. Salamat ^_^
2. ) response to HONEYQ’s 2nd qs:
Maari ka gumamit nalang ng OTC (over the counter) birth control pills, o kaya Spermicidals (foam na ini-spray sa loob ng pwerta para mamatay ang semilya ng lalake pagkatapos itong maiputok sa loob) o kaya naman mga Vaginal douche (panghugas ng pwerta). nakakatulong ito i-disrupt yung kapasidad ng semilya marating yung egg cell.
Pde rin ang mga tinatawag na Birth Control Patch (parang 1.5×1.5 inch sticker na idinidikit sa balat) bago makipagtalik. Yung gamot na nasa pandikit nito ay naabsorb ng balat ng babae at dumadaloy sa dugo na nagreresulta sa pagkontrol sa mga hormones na nagpapalakas ng fertility ng babae. Epektibo ito pero may kamahalan.

Ang disadvantage po ng pag-galaw sa babae after ng regla e yung hindi masyadong maraming lubricant/ vaginal fluid ang lumalabas sa pwerta, kaya halos nanunuyo ito at mahirap maipasok ang titi.
pdeng gumamit ng K.Y. jelly. Isa itong water-based lubricant kahalintulad lang ng natural na katas na lumalabas sa babae.
Iwasan po na lawayan/duraan ang loob ng pwerta kasi nakakaimpeksyon sa babae, at WAG GAGAMIT NG PETROLEUM JELLY, oil based lubricant ito at ginagamit lamang pang-EXTERNAL ng katawan at hindi pde sa loob.

TIPS:
#know when is your GF’s most fertile days (ovulation day) so that you will be able to prevent fucking her during those said days. —
# SPINNBARKEITT (is-pin-bar-key) test– check her vaginal mucus/fluids using your index finger and thumb.Try to stretch the mucus between your fingers… if it stretched for at least 1-2 inches in length, then it means that your girl is fertile. Also, assess the texture of that mucus… if it seems watery and slippery and almost transparent, gf is FERTILE. if the mucus seems SO STICKY and cream-like(white) in color, gf is SAFE to fuck.
# check your girl’s BBT (Basal body temperature) during the morning preferably before having sex. Girl’s body temp. tends to increase 1-2 degree centigrade during fertile days. That is about 39-40 degrees celcius (parang nilalagnat).
# Drink water/juices… increasing body fluid is “said” to make male’s seminal fluid less viscuous (malabnaw), hence it overwhelms the sperm making it more difficult to reach the girl’s cervix but easier to be excreted outside the vagina.
# make the girl take 2-4 Emergency pills within 24-48 hrs after the unprotected sexual intercourse. Emergency birth control pills usually comes with instructions on how to take it.
It would be better if the pills were ordered/prescribed by a doctor! ^_^
Oral Contraceptives used for EC / Progestin-Estrogen Combined available in WATSONS/MERCURY drug Philippines
*Nordette
Take 4 light-orange pills within 120 hours after unprotected sex and 4 more light-orange pills 12 hours later. Each dose contains 0.6 mg of levonorgestrel and 120 µg of ethinyl estradiol.
*Trust Pills that came in 28 pcs.*
–take the first four pills altogether ( yung may number na 1,2,3,4 sa likod) These are the fleshy-pink pills ha, na 21 pcs, yung brown na 7 pcs are iron kaya wag nyu yan inumin. Baka po magkamali kayo.
Then, after 12 hours, take the next 4 pills. (yung may number 5,6,7,8 sa likod.)
The key here is sticking to the correct dosage an drug indication stated by the manufacturer ; and being patient for waiting for the next menstruation to occur.

6.) response to CREEP: cytotec
CREEP: you’re welcome! take care of your girl ok… and if ever a presumed pregnancy occur, do not make her take CYTOTEC(generic name: misoprostol). That is not an abortive drug, it is an ANTI-stomach ULCER medication. It is not effective in eliminating the product of conception, else if it does, the effect is very minimal.
In the operating room, surgeons (OB-gyne/Gen.Surgeon) who conduct Ceasarean deliveries often use cytotec in order to stimulate the contraction of the mother’s uterus to stop active bleeding…the Cytotec tablets however are aseptically inserted in the UTERUS of the mother (the innermost part) to achieve its effect unlike if an unskilled person tries to insert the tablet inside a woman’s genitalia, it only reaches the vaginal canal or the cervix. ^_^

I’m pro RH bill…why?
Simply because it does not ACTUALLY mean suppressing the life of the unborn,rather, it is only a LAW which will present PEOPLE/couples all the possible ways of preventing pregnancy including ABSTINENCE. If the Catholic church does not allow their members to support such ARTIFICIAL birth control methods such as condoms and the likes, then it is up to the members of the church to CHOOSE what their religion have taught them. But then again, God gave us FREE will. FREEDOM TO CHOOSE OUR WILL.
CATHOLIC CHURCH have closed their minds regarding the entirety of the scope of this bill. Hence, they’re stuck to the taught that it will negatively liberate Filipino with regards to sexual matters. They fail to recognize that RH BILL DOES NOT IMPOSE USAGE OF CONDOMS, they simply presented it as one of the array of choices of birth control methods ryt?…
THE CHURCH SHOULD LEAD BY EXAMPLE.NOT BY CONDEMNATION. Besides, they cannot even feed the whole lot of our impoverished population.

uhmn, ask lang… if you wouldnt mind FIRST TIME mo ba mag-board this december or repeater ka?…
dont think of the BOARD EXAM so much as it was like a FIREWALL blocking your way to success. Take things calmly and with a sound mind. You can eat foods that have brain enhancing contents like banana, boiled nuts, mashed potato.
During the board exams, do not eat much of oily / fatty/ dairy foods and drinks… bka mag-diarrhea ka… avoid taking stimulants din like energy drinks… it might double your feeling of nervousness kasi.
